- All New products carry a minimum of 1 Year Manufacturers'
warranty unless extended warranty has been purchased.
- All Open Box products carry a minimum of 90 days SNL
Technologies' warranty unless extended warranty has been
purchased.
- All Pulls & or refurb products carry a 30 day SNL
Technologies' warranty unless extended warranty has been
purchased.
- SNL Technologies offers an extended 1 year warranty for the
cost of 10% of the product value.
- SNL Technologies makes no express or implied warranty on
product with regards to performance, compatibility or
merchantability.
- SNL Technologies is not responsible for any defect in
products, loss of data, inaccuracy of data or any other
consequential damages resulting therefrom.
- All warranties are VOID on visibly damaged or altered
goods.

- All returns must first obtain an RMA number.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the box before
returning.
- RMA numbers will be issued within 2 business days of
receiving request.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Thereafter you must
obtain a new RMA number.
- Drives must be returned in original packaging or RMA may be
refused and VOIDED.
- Physical damage, mishandling, mis-use, after market
modifications, missing parts or labels will VOID
warranty.
- After 15 days of purchase all sales are final and no refunds
or credits will be issued.
- NO cross-shipping will be granted.
- SNL Technologies reserves the right to replace a defective
product with another product of a different brand having
similar or higher technical specifications.
- Returns for credit or refund are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
